This role in LINCOS is responsible for bringing the members of the community closer to technology, through participatory educational techniques and approach techniques.

Educational mediators are responsible for attending the educational computer lab; design and develop workshops; and advise the development of other projects in LINCOS (radio, newspaper, etc.)

•  Promote among the users of the unit, educational and innovative use of the available computer tools: Office productivity tools; Internet; Compact discs, and videos.
•  Promote among the users of the unit educational activities that allow the creation of their projects, using the available computer tools.
•  Promote, among the users of the unit, the resolution of problems detected in the community, using the available computer tools.
•  Ensure the educational use of available tools.

•  Diagnosis for selection of materials and activities, organization and development of interactive sessions with experts; simultaneously with other communities, or local, through the projection and production of prerecorded programs.
•  Coordination of activities for the production of the local newspaper

Coordinators submit a monthly report so that they, in turn, present a monthly and quarterly report of achievements and needs to the Association or Board of Trustees.

In case of teachers, they must have:

 In case of members of the community, not educators, they must:

•  Have excellent oral and written communication
•  Desire to work with technology
•  Desire to innovate

This technical assistant is under the coordination of the lincos unit manager and must provide technical support for any scheduled activity.

•  Maintain and operate the specific hardware and software of the units for the handling and configuration of the equipment.
•  Present to the unit coordinator, a monthly report of achievements and needs of each unit, so that they, in turn, present it to the local LINCOS Association.
•  Provide technical support for those projects that are scheduled, in educational or preventive maintenance areas of the unit.

In case you have technical training:

•  An average technician with knowledge of computer networks and communications. Graduated from a vocational school
•  Resident in the community
•  With the willingness to move to other neighboring communities to maintain five units
•  Teamwork capacity
•  Basic knowledge in web development

In case you do not have technical training:

•  With clear vocation and experience in the management and maintenance of mechanical or computer equipment
•  Resident in the community
•  With the willingness to move to other neighboring communities to maintain five units
•  Teamwork capacity

The Coordinators and Promoters in LINCOS are responsible for organizing and coordinating all services and applications in LINCOS. You must promote LINCOS in the community and propose different community development activities from LINCOS.

The Coordinators and Promoters are responsible for designing, planning, and supervising the work of educational mediators, health technicians and caretakers, and all the activities they carry out. Design and execute actions and services aimed at the community. Serve as liaison between LINCOS staff and the LINCOS Association or Board of Trustees. In charge of the information center, be responsible for the collection of services, and keep a record of income and expenses. Promote the activities and services offered by the project among the population. Request and systematize the reports of educational mediators, technicians, and health monitors. Submit monthly reports to the LINCOS Association or Board of Trustees about the activities carried out and the performance of the staff and quarterly reports summarizing the work carried out during the quarter; Support the LINCOS Association or Board in the design of an economic sustainability plan.

Coordination with the health personnel and the Health Watchmen of the area, for the use of the diagnostic devices and the corresponding communication elements, and all the activities carried out in the health and environment line.

Health and environment are two of the elements that have demonstrated more relevance in the development of communities, lincos wanted to highlight these components using some members of the community with certain characteristics whose function framed in the aspects of promotion and prevention of health.

This individual will have the responsibility of identifying within the community risks of getting sick or dying and in addition the damages that would have occurred in a certain period of time to help in this activity will be based on technology and education.

•  Prepare an annual map of risks and damages of the community
•  Identify community resources that may be useful for the care or promotion of health-related matters
•  Develop jointly with community members work plans that are focused on solving the risks of both health and the environment
•  Serve as a catalyst within the community for aspects related to health education, using the technologies that lincos has at its disposal
•  Serve as a liaison with the state institutions responsible for health and environmental aspects so that the resources available to them are used in the community based on the operational plans that the community and the caretaker will prepare
•  Acquire skills in the use of the various equipment and technologies available to you so that you can operate efficiently, both audiovisual technologies, internet-based information systems (health intranet), Infocom and telemedicine equipment
